
Our Classes
Walk/Run classes
For non-runners, used-to-be runners, or anyone who could use a little help motivating to get moving, our walk/runs offer our most gentle transition from being sedentary to staying active. These 35-minute workouts combine “walking like you're in a hurry” with short intervals of jogging or walking uphill or up stairs. Fresh air, friendly faces, Prospect Park trails, and you don't even realize you're working out!
We meet in Prospect Park most Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Our meeting days and times do vary throughout the year, so check the schedule for the latest updates!
Run Club
If you’re comfortable running or walk/running 2 miles (at any pace), join us at Run Club for accountability or to improve your speed and endurance. We meet at the 9th street entrance of Prospect Park on Saturday mornings and Wednesday evenings all year round. Saturdays are easy paced runs with different distance options. Wednesday evenings we incorporate drills, hills, stairs, or speed intervals. Train for a 5k, half marathon, or other race, or just join us to keep up a consistent running routine. All paces welcome! Really! If you want more details about pace, our current group members range from an 8-minute mile pace to 15-minute mile pace. If you’re in that range, you will find people who run at a similar pace. If you’re faster than that, you are still welcome to join us, but just know that you might be faster than the rest of the group.

Sunrise HIIT
If you're having trouble fitting a workout in your busy schedule, this is for you! These 45 minute classes have a little bit of everything – cardio (low impact options are always provided), full body strength, mobility, plus friendly faces and a life affirming sunrise. If you don't think you're a morning person… you might be right…. but you might surprise yourself! Energizing, non competitive workouts that focus on FUN.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6:15AM in Prospect Park. (From April to November, we meet in the ballfields. December through March, we meet at the Prospect Park bandshell or we do a traveling workout. )
MoveStrengthenStretch
These feel-good workouts include walking or jogging (your choice) on the Prospect Park trails, combined with strength exercises with resistance bands, balance & mobility. The class flies by and you'll get to explore the beautiful trails of Prospect Park. Designed with the needs of women in perimenopause and beyond in mind, but open to all. These classes are capped at 10 people, so please register in advance!
Meets at Dog Beach in Prospect Park on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
Small Group Workouts
Our small group workouts provide an introduction to strength training in a supportive, judgment-free environment. We learn foundational movements (squat, hinge, push, pull, rotate) and we practice and develop confidence using a variety of resistance tools (including bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, medicine balls, and kettlebells). Each class includes a warm-up, a strength circuit, mobility drills, and a cool-down to support recovery. You’ll get all the benefits of a strength workout at the gym, but you get the fresh air of an outdoor workout, and lots of individual attention. Classes are capped at 8 people.
Monday evenings in Windsor Terrace, Thursday mornings in Prospect Park.
