Get Started is 4-week program designed to help you get motivated, get outside, and get into a consistent routine moving your body safely.  

Get Started includes: 

- A 20-minute private consultation to discuss goals, scheduling and accountability plans so we can create a plan for you that will stick.

- Up to 8 MoveRunPlay group workouts. You can attend our walk/run workouts, which are designed specifically for our Get Started program. OR you can attend any of our other classes, including MoveStrengthenStretch, HIIT, small group strength, and Run Club   

- A simple and straightforward introduction to strength training to help you gradually build strength training into your workout routine at home

- Unlimited access to on-demand workout library (core strength workouts and more)
